Solid enough, the cheese wasn't on the entire pizza and the sauce is really thin so you can't taste it too much. The fresh jalapenos on mine were great tho! Gluten free crust was solid

Skys Pizza is by far the best in Pensacola. The only place we go for Pizza here. Only downside is they changed their gluten free crust and it is not as good as the old one but their standard pizzas are still amazing as always.

We are frequent patrons mainly because Sky's use to provide the best gluten free crust in the area. Unfortunately, the gf crust for the last two visits has become thick and chewy as opposed to the previous thin and crispy crust. Frankly, no better than store bought and what a disappointment as we have been anticipating their opening in Pace for over two years! Hopefully, this is correctable thru their supplier and not a conscious decision to change to a run of the mill gf crust.
