I love slappy cakes! So fun and so many options for different batters (gluten free and dairy free) and toppings, scrambles or hashes, bacon and sausage, toast and eggs. Mimosas, French press, they’ve got it all!

Gluten free pancakes were Gluten Free. Customers can cook their own pancakes at the table or have the kitchen prepare the meal. We opted for the kitchen to prepare. Ordered the tall stack GF with banana, strawberry and whip cream. Should have ordered the short stack. Next time we are in Maui plan to try other flavors.
