Slappy Cakes

This place is cool, especially for kids and aspiring artists. You make your own pancakes on a flattop that’s at each table. It’s the Korean BBQ of breakfast places. Their gluten free batter is excellent. I got the grand slam and their unlimited drip coffee. The staff is very friendly and the manager/owner that I’ve seen there works hard to make sure everything is perfect.

Visited Portland and when I visit I always search up new gluten free spots to try. Loved that there was gluten free options we appreciate you for that! We wanted to take our kiddo somewhere fun and I recommend this place all day for kiddos! She had so much fun. Food was good, not my cup of tea all the way but to someone else it's got to be their fave! Customer service was ok not rude but bland and really non energetic idk how to describe it lol I will still be back and I recommend others for give it a try as well!

Wowwowowowow! I just ate at Slappy Cakes and it was the most fun experience of my life. Kaia was the best server. There are vegan and gluten free options. The service is fast and the food is hot! Thanks for making our Saturday morning so fun, Kaia!!
