I came in to try the food to see if this would work as a catering option for our group that has a lot of special dietary needs (allergy friendly, vegan, gluten free.)
I am not vegan, nor do my allergies include gluten, but on recommendation of the owner, Teeny, I tried the breakfast hash. SOOOOO GOOOD!!!! Everything is so favorful and well seasoned with a great balance of spice.
The gluten-free focaccia was super light and fluffy, with vegan butter that was so tasty, I would never have known I was eating vegan/gluten free.
The atmosphere is warm and friendly and super inclusive. This local small business is eco-friendly and has an awesome vibe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
