I have eaten gluten free since the year 2000 when I discovered stomach upset when consuming gluten. I’ve baked gf a lot and tried different bakeries and I am sad to say, the gf cupcakes I bought 5/20/23, although pretty enough, had the texture and taste of moist potato starch topped with slightly sweetened fat. Frost gf has you beat Smallcakes. Please do some taste development to improve your gf/keto offering for those of us who must avoid wheat. Thank you.
