I’ve been a fan of smash city since the food hall. Everyone is nice there and very willing to accommodate dietary needs. The gluten-free bun is amazing, all sauces are great and They will actually guide you to the sauces which are gluten-free if that’s a sensitivity that you have. I really wish they would bring back the chicken burgers permanently. Other than that no complaints!

Wow... What a great spot! The burgers were delicious! I have a couple of burger picky children and they said 10/10. The best part is that's this place is completely celiac safe... They have gluten free buns, designated fryer, and the staff is trained and careful. The owner was friendly and the service was excellent. We will definitely come again when we pass though the Knoxville area.
