Smashburger

Staff doesn't pay attention and doesn't really care. The app was down when we were trying to order so my husband went to the restaurant to order directly. We ordered 2 burgers, one with a gluten-free bun that is $2 more. My husband brings the food home and finds no gluten-free bun on his, just the regular which he cannot eat. He drives back to the restaurant and shows them. It's 15 min till closing at this point. The lady at the counter doesn't apologize or seem to care. She just says, "We are closing soon so do you want us to remake it or just refund you the money". My husband didn't appreciate the lack of care so he took the refund and got food elsewhere. We submitted our feedback directly to Smashburger and we just got an email back saying we hope you give us another chance

I am sensitive to lactose and gluten, yay me! I love their choice of foods, there is a wide selection for people with my conditions. Prices are a little high with a la cart only, and combo choices would be nice. We place orders ahead and you can't always trust the app ready time (15 min is more like 30 min at busy times). I don't dine-in, it is small inside but nice. Overall I would recommend Smashburger, even if you do not have sensitivities to food.
