True Food had something for everyone. They have gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and regular food. They did not have gluten free crackers for their excellent hummus. The food tasted great and was served beautifully. The wait staff were friendly and efficient. Great place!
They were great in accommodating gluten issues. Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the buns, so I got a "protein" burger with lettuce. The fries and burger hot and fresh!
Red Robin is just as good as I remember, minus the atmosphere. I am celiac and our waitress provided me with so much comfort and assurance about their protocols. She even deeply informed me about their frying process. I was able to have a DELICIOUS burger and fries and it made me so happy. The fries and burger are so good, they don’t miss.
This was my first time eating at BJ's and I will never come back. I got a chicken sandwich and my girlfriend got a cauliflower pizza. The food wasn't anything special and definitely over-priced. We finished it off with a "gluten free" cookie dessert which was pretty good. Immediately finishing our meals, we both rushed to the bathroom, 3 days later we are both still battling these food poisoning symptoms.
Great location! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Wish they had the dairy free shake like some locations have! Other than that, the place was clean and the food was incredible like always! Love the gluten free options!!
Gluten free menu was amazing, nice bar atmosphere, not too loud or crazy. Food was delicious and even received a first time appetizer that was tasty! Gotta love bar food done in a gluten free fryer that is just minutes from your house! Well done
Good service on Sunday afternoon. Food was delivered timely and hot. It was a beautiful day out and the atmosphere was perfect. I appreciate that I can get a gluten free bun or lettuce wrapped burger.
I used to love this place, although it had been a few months since I last went. Today my husband and I ordered food and they sent the wrong burger for me, I couldn't eat it even if I wanted to, given that I am gluten intolerant and ordered a gluten free bun. I am also currently 32 weeks pregnant and haven't eaten yet today (so I was really looking forward to this meal). I was very displeased with how it was handled and offered no compensation for the fact my order was wrong and my husband had to drive all the way back there and pick it up. Food is good, but I will not be coming back.
Ummmm I mean Yum! One of the best Black & Blue burgers I have ever had. My lady had the NewMexico Burger (with gluten free bun) and it was amazing. Oh and don't forget the shakes! I will be back.
My new go-to burger spot. The steakhouse burger (with gluten free bun) was phenomenal, as all the flavors came together into one delicious bite. This was all complimented brilliantly by the sweet tots, which I highly recommend. The classic buffalo wings were also fantastic. Service was pristine, and the atmosphere was calm for the time I went (a July Sunday at noon), which worked for me— I wasn’t looking for a super amped up spot. I’m sure NFL Sundays and college football gamedays are more packed. I’ll be back!

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers – 7th Ave + Chase Field Locations
Food Allergy Alert – READ BEFORE YOU GO
If you have food allergies or care about someone who does, do not eat here.
I’m speaking from real experience—not just as a disappointed customer, but as someone who literally had a mild anaphylactic reaction at one of their locations and watched them handle it with gross negligence.
Let me explain:
CHASE FIELD (Super Bowl time) – I came in at 16 with a friend. I had a bite of food and my mouth started tingling, and my throat began closing up. I immediately told the waitress. Instead of calling for help or checking the food, they came back with a paper stating I “consented” to eating the food and wouldn’t sue them. I was a minor, and I looked like a minor. They knew what they were doing—covering themselves legally instead of doing the right thing. It was cold, dismissive, and honestly horrifying.
And as for the beer? Let me paint the scene: it was the Super Bowl. The place should’ve been electric. But when I walked into the Chase Field location, not one group of men smiled when their beers hit the table. Not one. Faces went sour and dark. That moment said everything. The beer was warm, flat, and honestly—embarrassing for a place that has “Cold Beers” in the name.
7TH AVE LOCATION (March 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM) – I called to ask about allergens and the staff didn’t even know what an allergen warning was. Not an exaggeration. They were confused by the term. This chain is actively ignoring basic food safety standards that could literally cost people their lives.
I checked their entire website after the call. There is no allergen menu, no clear breakdown, and no proper disclosures. Just vague mentions of “gluten-friendly” with no depth. There’s zero transparency or education across the board, and that’s terrifying.
This chain is massively negligent, both ethically and operationally.
I have officially filed a report with Linda at the Health Services Department to address this growing pattern of negligence. I strongly urge others to speak up before someone gets seriously hurt—or worse.

This was our 1st time eating Inn and Out and we are now super fans! The food was wonderful
And the staff was even better. One person in our party has a gluten allergy and they handled that beautifully! We will def be back! Great job to all staff💙
We didn't know we were in for a treat!
My kids loved the mac n cheese and said it was the best they'd ever had!
I ordered a Blue Burger, and wow, I was amazed at how delicious it was. Perfect amount of blue cheese. I ordered ranch to dip the fries in.
Someone at our table ordered a gluten-free bun. Unfortunately, we've never had luck with gluten-free buns, and this was one soggy upon receiving. Took the bun off, and the inside food was still great.
Atmosphere is like a family friendly sports bar. We will be back if we are ever in the area!
Burgers were legit but small. Celiacs can eat the fries!!! But unfortunately the fries were not great. So mixed feelings there. Busy for sure. People love this place. Also, you are cool if you have been there.
Horrible experience. My friend and I went, and after we had ordered our food, she realize she had forgotten to order a gluten-free bun so she walked back up to the counter to request a gluten-free bun to have one of the staff members bark at her well “we’ve already made it you have to eat it.!” That is unacceptable. She is highly allergic to gluten what an inappropriate thing to say. Very disappointing. I will definitely not be back to this location.
We had 7 in our group. 4 kids and 3 adults. I am Gluten free and they were so willing and able to accommodate my needs. I had the Kilauea burger without bun and a side Caesar salad. It was so good I want to go back very soon.
The server was great and the manager came over as well. Everyone was friendly and it was clean and the temperature was comfortable.
Highly recommend.
Had the protein style double double, animal style. Definitely always delicious. My daughter likes the single protein style burger and the animal fries. She has gluten sensitivities and Allergy and this is the only way that she will eat the hamburgers and she is so elated with the animal style fries, she insists on having them every single time that we go. I know that's a lot of my friends tell me to ask for the Flying Dutchman but I like to have the lettuce on the outside as a vehicle to demolish this amazing hamburger. They do have shakes here my daughter had one and she said that it was amazing. I know that they probably do it for nutrition reasons but I wish they did have a larger size of the animal style fries because once you start with them it's really hard to stop until you hit the bottom of that fry container, before you realize it the amazing animal fries are over LOL
I realize that vegan is idea that most people don’t understand or are judgmental. I do not care for the term vegan to be honest because the genre has become more of a fade. I consider myself plant based and to be honest eating the way I do really sucks. I choose this diet because my health issues became very bad and I wanted to fix my issues. So I do not eat meat cheese or gluten and I have healed many issues by doing this. I order a veggie burger today and gluten free bun single. I forgot to say no cheese. I remember shortly after my ordered and let the staff know.and apologized I took my food home and began to eat. I got half way through and thought this tasted really good. I then opened my burger and seen two patties. One bean and one hamburger meat.No big deal right she won’t die. Unfortunately I did not find this cute or funny in any way. I have worked very hard to fix my health and yet this is no big deal to the ones who don’t understand. I’m very disappointed in smash burger and the staff who thought this was funny or cute. I will not be eating there again…
I am sensitive to lactose and gluten, yay me! I love their choice of foods, there is a wide selection for people with my conditions. Prices are a little high with a la cart only, and combo choices would be nice. We place orders ahead and you can't always trust the app ready time (15 min is more like 30 min at busy times). I don't dine-in, it is small inside but nice. Overall I would recommend Smashburger, even if you do not have sensitivities to food.
Robert working at the window is amazing and about 8 months ago he heard the engine of my car knocking when I pulled up to the window and he mentioned that it sounded like my oil was low. He was 100% right and because of him it saved me a potential seized up engine. I just saw him at the window today and recognized it was him and thanked him so much. Not only is the food amazing but to have a worker like Robert and I look out for the people in the community is amazing. He did not have to say anything but because he did I may have saved thousands of dollars all for the price of my gluten free lettuce wrapped burger. So worth it and he deserves a raise!
This place is the best place for burgers if you have celiac. They have gluten free buns. The burgers are amazing, the fries are out of this world, and the shakes are handmade. Thebeat part is that the owner is also a sufferer of celiac so everything is prepared and made seperate. So no sickness! :D definitely recommend
They were open till 11:00 p.m. which was great after a night hike. Steph was warm and thorough facility was clean and the food was wonderful for the price. Lots of options for any type of dietary restrictions. Lots of vegetarian things on the menu including some gluten-free options.
This place serves up some of the best diner-style dishes and other fare. Here the menu has a plethora of choices for everyone. From quick eats to family style dishes you can find it here. Just as a side note you will not find on the menu obvious gluten free or vegan options but there a few menu items that would work if necessary. I've been making a trip across town for years to eat here and I have never been disappointed.
Great food! I got the grilled chicken club on a lettuce wrap & it was the best grilled chicken I’ve ever had! Website has cautions about what you can eat with gluten intolerance, but they don’t guarantee a gluten free environment. Staff were super great about how they packed my wrap & it was a very positive experience. Will be ordering again soon!
I have celiac and just messed up totally forgetting to order the gluten free bun. They were understanding and let me get a whole new burger gluten free. (& it was delish!) Thank you for your service today, I’ll definitely be back to this location
