Smashburger

The customer service was amazing. The person that took my order was super friendly and accommodating for my gluten allergy.

Truly a sad, and slightly uncomfortable experience. Gross food, poor service. They don’t even order gluten free buns despite them being on the menu. The lettuce wrap burger was not a lettuce wrap, it was a patty with a tomato, onion, and a piece of lettuce on top in a salad bowl with ZERO sauce of any kind. There was also no sauce on the side. Very strange experience and not at all characteristic of Smash Burger’s typical quality.
