Sobelmans on St. Paul

Let me tell you about my night. My family and I were going to try out a burger place we’ve never been, but I have celiac disease, so I called that place (not Sobelman’s) earlier in the day to inquire if they have gluten free buns. The person who answered the phone was so rude, she would only repeat “I don’t know” and refused to find out for me. So, we decided on Sobelman’s, which I knew had GF buns, and delicious burgers. Our server, Ruben, was an absolute star. They were so courteous and patient, and just absolutely a delight. They didn’t know how we were treated at the other place. They just know how to treat customers like they matter. Ruben, thank you so much for being you!

Everything looked great.. however, they're online information about things being celiac friendly, was absolutely FALSE. We waited just to learn this at the table. Very disappointed to find out the only options were a salad or fruit ☹️. Headed over to Saz's instead.
