Really rich bread, its crumb, crust, flavor and gluten-free which is not easy

Ordered from Alicante, it arrived in perfect condition, and I'm amazed at the quality. It's very difficult to find bread with this type of crumb with the ingredients they use. From here, a celiac sufferer is incredibly grateful that there are people who dedicate themselves to making these types of products with the effort it takes to run a gluten-free bakery. The granolas (oat and paleo) are delicious too. Thank you so much for everything, I'll keep ordering. 🫶🏻
