Louis was great! Saved us from our allergies 😆 (truly though, she was very knowledgeable about the menu’s ingredients and ensuring we avoided gluten) I do wish there were more GF options in the entree section, but still— many delicious options!

Incredible food, incredible service, this place is the full package! The karee pu noodles were phenomenal, and our server, Poonpun, was exceptionally helpful in helping my friends navigate their dietary restrictions (vegetarian/gluten free)! He was incredibly kind and patient and deserves a raise!

It really hurts to write this review, but unfortunately the customer service experience I received at Soothr has made me never want to eat there again. I have dined at Soothr a few times and have always had amazing experiences. I was excited to book a dinner for my birthday at the restaurant and was told there was availability. I confirmed some details over the next 24 hours (it was a large group so it had to be a prix fixe menu and I wanted to make sure they had gluten free options for some friends) and when I asked for a final confirmation, they told me there was no availability and asked me to reschedule. If the owner reads this review, please know Billy is extremely unprofessional and is giving your restaurant a bad name. Take your events elsewhere.
