Soothr

It really hurts to write this review, but unfortunately the customer service experience I received at Soothr has made me never want to eat there again. I have dined at Soothr a few times and have always had amazing experiences. I was excited to book a dinner for my birthday at the restaurant and was told there was availability. I confirmed some details over the next 24 hours (it was a large group so it had to be a prix fixe menu and I wanted to make sure they had gluten free options for some friends) and when I asked for a final confirmation, they told me there was no availability and asked me to reschedule. If the owner reads this review, please know Billy is extremely unprofessional and is giving your restaurant a bad name. Take your events elsewhere.

Great meal! I was initially concerned about being overlooked when we sat at the bar, but the staff was attentive throughout the entire meal. The drinks were all visually appealing and had unique flavors, making them great for sharing with a date. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The kao ka moo had a wonderful texture, and the soothr dumplings and yum nuer complemented it perfectly. My partner enjoyed the duck noodles, especially on a colder day. Looking forward to going back soon.
