Soup Stock Tokyo LUMINE Shinjuku Shop

I think it's a useful shop as it's one of the few soup specialty shops. However, the salty and chemical taste is quite strong and makes my tongue and throat tingle, so I dilute it with water. When the store is empty or there are few customers, the soup will simmer down and become even more flavorful. I would appreciate it if there were more gluten-free and vegan menus.
