Today's visit was absolute garbage. My daughters and I went in and tried to order one of their specials. They do not allow for a paid upgrade to a GF bun for that one, and my youngest is extreme Celiac. So, we ordered different combos.
Secondly...the pop machine was covered in ants. That's not a fresh spill...that's a machine that hasn't been cleaned in a LONG time.
Third...they got at least 2 of the 3 burger loads wrong, including mixing up which one got the GF bun after being told about my daughter's dietary requirements.
Finally...the fries were lukewarm and rock hard, meaning that they had been sitting there, stale for at least half an hour. We were even there when an elderly gent asked for fresh fries because his were stale, hard and barely warm. I can't confirm, but wouldn't be surprised to find out that they re-served the fries that were returned.
Frankly...we've been regulars there since they opened, but we will NOT be returning. The service, food and condition of the restaurant were unacceptable and, to be blunt, they should be embarrassed. It wouldn't be out of line for a health inspector to pay them a visit...and this is coming from someone who has spent years in the food industry.
