The first time I didn't believe it was gf it was too soft and doughy and delicious. They did right by the CARE gluten free bun, as it should be the only valid option in Alberta for buns as they don't crumble and are nice and supple.

I decided to review them based on the fact that they took care of my dietary needs perfectly, and their hours run late, Wich to catch a gluten free bite after 9 on 17th Ave is seemingly impossible, this place hit the spot.
