Spaghetti Warehouse

Newest update April 26th completely different than my last review. Order was incorrect. Waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes had to go find somebody so I could get a seat. Was overcharged for something should have been taken off. Server was Becky. She literally took a plate out from in front of me and I wasn't even finished. So this is a hit and miss restaurant. Her tip was what she overcharged because I did not ask to have it remade and even being remade it wasn't good. So boxed everything up and left. But not without Becky standing over me for the check. What did she think I was going to walk on the check? This one was a 5* Went today for a quiet birthday with my friend. Cynthia was our server. A tad Rocky start that turned into a nice time. We had gluten-free spaghetti with meatballs cooked perfect. I am surprised the inside is really run down. We can overlook that as long as the food continues good. But turn the heat on. Terrible place to eat. Dont waste your time. There are so many other options to enjoy in the Akron area. Spaghetti warehouse was good back in the day, but now they have a VERY limited menu, terrible wait staff, and a grungy interior. So sad to see places go down hill when they were once a great spot to enjoy a good meal. When I asked about gluten free options, the waitress said "we have gluten free spaghetti". Obviously, they aren't concerned about catering to people with food restrictions. Very disappointing experience to say the least.
