Soooo excited to know that there is actually a pizza place that WILLL. deliver to my house, that has a gluten AND dairy free option!!!! Yay!!! Andddd they are sooo good!!! We got it 2 days in a row! lol
I am not in downtown Akron often and needed something gluten free and discovered the delightful bakery. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits, it was delicious. I also appreciate the wonderful service I received. I will definitely stop here again.
I had an excellent time at Melt bar and Grilled. When I mentioned I was gluten free, the bartender Megan, was happy to grab be a gluten free menu for me. She answered my questions and was happy to help. The food was delicious.
What a great little spot! They helped me find a gluten free option (most of the menu could be made GF) and the chai latte was delicious. The staff were all very friendly. They are a couple tables up front and more dining in the back. We'll be back!
Stopped in while driving through for lunch. The mint tea is so good! Great gluten free options. Enjoyed the lentil soup (husband had the chili and liked it) plus an entree. Food was fresh and tasted good. Would return if in area again.
Really, for a "fast food" chain, I've never come across a better restaurant. All locations I've visited have been top notch or close to it. I probably come to this one the most and I've had perfect service almost every time. I also am VERY PLEASED they offer Gluten free Buns!! They have been out for a while but its not expressed enough. We can enjoy a sandwich without removing the "bread". Thank you for maintaining what you stand for..
Very friendly service and delicious food. The gluten free crust is the best I've had. My husband said the regular crust was great too. My daughter loved her stromboli.
We held a bridal shower at D'Agnese's this past Sunday. It was executed flawlessly by the staff at the restaurant. The food was delicious. We selected the banquet menu #2 which included selection of wedding soup or salad, and Penne and Chicken, Chicken D’Agnese’s, Eggplant Parmesan, Pan Seared Salmon, and Penne Ala Vodka. They accommodated a couple of guests that needed gluten free and vegan options. Our servers, Melissa and Christy, were friendly and attentive. We will be back.
Cozy and popular breakfast and brunch spot. Absolutely love that they offer gluten free toast here. I usually get a breakfast sandwich and it hits the spot every time, but it is a bit on the pricey side when adding bacon and gf toast.
This Denny's location on Arlington Rd is excellent. Very friendly staff and clean. Food was very good and I love the gluten free muffin they offered. October 21, 2021 at 11:00 am.

Went with my wife for some DF/GF taco's. Turns out, despite it saying GF in bold on the menu, they are not gluten free.
Also of note, they have missing items on their menu.
And as for the "Avocado taco" you might assume it would come with fresh avocado. Unfortunately, they've opted to use processed avocado paste. Wasn't even acceptable. Just bad.
Chicken taco was almost there. But the chicken was significantly overcooked.
I ended up eating in front of my wife and she searched Google for another restaurant. Not the date we were hoping for.
And I'm not sure the cashier understood that vegan cheese is dairy free.

I have eaten here dozens of times since discovering I am a celiac in January 2025, I have not had 1 single issue with cross-contact/contamination or any problem with accommodations to my needs. I highly recommend this restaurant as a frequent stop as they pride themselves on a clean and celiac friendly environment both in the restaurant and even for take out!
Dee our server was so attentive and lovely, I'd come back just for the service she provides, not to mention the delicious food, large portion sizes, and well marked menu for different dietary needs including vegan and gluten free. She even sent us home with another portion of rice. Samosa Chaat is to die for. Love this gem in the valley of Akron!
Moving to Cleveland from New York, finding Gluten Free Chinese Takeout is very difficult. My partner is gluten intolerant (not celiac) and missed having it since we’ve moved. I decided to search out a place that has GF Chinese Food and found Chin’s. It’s a 40 minute drive for us, but it’s worth every minute of the drive knowing he can safely enjoy all of his favorites again! Elaine is so nice and welcoming, helped make me feel comfortable for my partner’s food safety every step of the way!
Loved my gluten free deep dish! The sauce has good flavor and the crust was flaky, sooo good. Will be coming back again and again. Amazing that it’s an Akron staple. Thank you, Dechecos!
I came here because I have celiacs and have a hard time finding restaurants that have lots of gf options and this place did not disappoint. Their food is absolutely delicious, you have to get the deviled eggs, the crispy onigiri and the bread and spread for apps. Their espresso martini is amazing and so different than other espresso martinis. The atmosphere is cozy and unique. Highly recommend especially if you have issues with gluten. Nick was an awesome bartender too!
I had her make my wedding cake, cupcakes and macarons for my wedding. All of the desserts were gluten free and so delicious. No complaints about them and all 400 macarons were eaten with no left overs. She also set up and decorated everything just like I had sent to her as inspiration. Everything was so incredible could not have asked for a better baker.
They have a gluten free menu! I was pleasantly surprised that my general tso's was tasty and they have a couple fun beer options in addition to the usual staples.
If I could give ten stars to service I would. Jess made our weekend. My wife just found out she is gluten and dairy free and has never had a good experience eating out until now. Food was delicious and Jess our server took such good care of us. We are from texas visiting places to retire, and Akron moved 17 spots up the list because of the good food, and the people here like Jess that really show how awesome it is here. Thank you so much Jess for showing us that there are good folks no matter where you go! If you are in Akron and don't stop here, you are definitely missing out. Thanks again Jess!
I'm so glad I found this coffee shop chain. I tried this chain for the first time yesterday at a different Akron location and was shockingly surprised. Today I'm trying a different location over by portage Lakes. The presentation of the espresso macchiato was not as good at this location, but the flavor was spot on. My espresso macchiato was smooth and delicious. They make 95% of their simple syrups In House.
The staff here was equally as friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. A lovely place to visit and get a cup of coffee or espresso. They use a medium Italian roast. I thought I always loved French roast was my favorite but this Italian roast is amazing. They carry fresh baked goods, including bread loaves that they make from scratch here. Everything in the store is made from scratch. I love that. They have a few gluten-free items too.
Parking is easy they have a private parking lot and they have one space right in front of their store for to go Guests. The only thing I didn't like about this coffee shop is that they serve there to go coffee and Styrofoam yuck. I feel like that just ruins my coffee totally. I prefer to drink out of paper cups. Since I purchased an espresso macchiato and it's very small. I just got it in a nice regular tiny mug, and enjoyed it there and their great atmosphere. I would definitely come back.
My boyfriend and i’s first time here and it didn’t disappoint. Our server Adam was very polite and friendly! They were extremely understanding of celiac disease and I got hibachi that was gluten free and it was amazing. Would totally recommend and we will be coming back!!
Good gluten free options: excellent gluten free rotini pasta and I was able to request chicken Parmesan be made UN breaded. Have server check with the kitchen .

Newest update April 26th completely different than my last review. Order was incorrect. Waited at the hostess stand for over 5 minutes had to go find somebody so I could get a seat. Was overcharged for something should have been taken off. Server was Becky. She literally took a plate out from in front of me and I wasn't even finished. So this is a hit and miss restaurant. Her tip was what she overcharged because I did not ask to have it remade and even being remade it wasn't good. So boxed everything up and left. But not without Becky standing over me for the check. What did she think I was going to walk on the check?
This one was a 5* Went today for a quiet birthday with my friend. Cynthia was our server. A tad Rocky start that turned into a nice time. We had gluten-free spaghetti with meatballs cooked perfect. I am surprised the inside is really run down. We can overlook that as long as the food continues good. But turn the heat on. Thanks Cynthia
