Finally got a chance to give this place a try after hearing rave reviews. Greenville can be a tough place for new restaurants and I’m glad that this one is doing well. They have a unique concept and deliver on it flawlessly. We were seated right away, welcomed by a person that was cleaning tables (who we would find out was the owner, Jason). They took our order, explained any questions we had and were very attentive throughout the process. The food was hot, and tasty. We do not do many Italian restaurants, as my wife is Gluten-Free. She was very excited when we found out this restaurant had GF Pasta. We all loved our pasta and the personalized attention that the staff seemed to take with all of their guests. We watched each table as they attempted to make a real connection and make people feel at home. My only regret…is that we had no room for dessert!
