Springfield Incredible Pizza Company

UPDATE: Management offered no help with this issue. So be prepared to not be able to eat 95% of the buffet for FULL PRICE and not be able to take home the specially made gluten free PERSONAL PAN PIZZA unless you want to spend another $7 on a takeout box. So MEAL TOTAL FOR GLUTEN FREE PEOPLE IS $20 with no real choices for sides or dessert. I am a gluten free customer. I paid full price for their buffet and happy to learn they will make a cauliflower gluten free crust pizza on request for those with gluten intolerance. What has totally angered me is that they want to charge me an ADDITIONAL $7 for a to gobox! Where id the sense in that? They cannot serve my leftover pizza to anyone else. They made a pizza that is obviously too big for any normal person to ear in one sitting. I cannot eat 90% of what is on theirbuffet bar to begin with. This is extremely poor service and a ridiculous policy given that it was a special order due to a food allergy. I will never eathere again and tell all my friends and post this on all gluten free sites. This is not a gluten free friendly place. I can understand not allowing takeout from the buffet line, but this is a different circumstance. And $7 for a togo box! Highway Robbery!

I mean, not bad!!! I wanna give 5 stars, but 4 will have to do. Some of the things looks a little old, and the buffet areas weren't always cleaned up fast enough. I feel like in these sorts of places, we should have a kid are buffet, and an adult buffet. Germs reasons... I will say that the pizza was pretty damn good. I didn't realize they had gluten free pizza choices! I realized when it was too late. I was stuffed already. But, for those gluten intolerant people, they have gluten free crust! So that was awesome☺️ I'll have to get those next time. I had a great time playing the games. It was a good family fun kinda day.

We always have fun here! There is a huge buffet with tons of food choices. The last time we came, we were checking out the choices to see if our grandson could find something to eat as he is on a special diet, when Jonathon came out from behind the buffet counter and went over all the options with us! He even made a special gluten & dairy free pizza just for him! He was amazing and Noah loved his pizza! There is a fun arcade and we always play a game of laser tag, race the go carts, and do the bumper cars. The bumper cars were closing for a break but Jonathon came to our rescue again and let us do a round before he closed it down. There are multiple dining areas where there is always someone clearing your plates and cleaning the tables. We noticed that they also have senior “all you can eat/drink” for under $10! Incredible Pizza, you are pretty incredible and always make for a fun afternoon/evening! Five stars for you! You earned it!
