I absolutely love love love this grocery store! The selection of organic, non-GMO healthy products is just incredible. The quality, portions for what you pay has never been an issue for me. I’m in there at least two or three times a week and especially enjoy their breaded chicken cutlets and cooked shrimp in the deli section. They make some really good couscous and kale salads as well. Oh! The ice cream? Oh my God! Ice cream for beers is incredible. You’ve really got to try it!! I haven’t been able to get this ice cream anywhere else and it literally has 5 to 6 ingredients in it. They do not use sugar, they sweeten it with honey. The butterscotch, the vanilla bean are my favorites. The honey is very good, but it could be sweet for some. It is only 699 a pint so much more cost-effective than a Ben & Jerry’s, Jeni’s (I love Jeni’s by the way) and healthier than any other ice cream you’re going to buy. I believe I saw this ice cream online, but it is much more cost wise than 699. They do have some amazing organic ice cream creams at sprouts as well. Really love the premade salads in the produce section because they are, half of them? Also organic in the bag! Oh, by the way, a great selection of gluten-free vegetarian and vegan products. Almost forgot! The pizzas that are packaged in the deli section. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy them! It might look like a lot of bread, but it really isn’t and when you drizzle olive oil over it and cook it in the oven, it comes out fantastically! I love the fair trade, organic chocolate that they sell as well. Really really good quality great taste. I love dark chocolate and they have a wonderful selection. I can get all of my organic Kefir here. Ohhh!!! Their muffins! My favorite is the pistachio and the double fudge chocolate. The selection of sourdough? Also incredible. Organic by the way! They might’ve shut down Trader Joe’s in Ballantyne but please you need to check out Sprouts. By the way, my opinion, the quality of the premade food is 10 times better than Whole Foods or fresh market. You get better quality better value for your money at Sprouts. Almost forgot, but I also enjoy when they make salmon and have it at the deli section or counter. Their shrimp and their salmon are very fresh and flavorful. I forgot to mention that those chicken cutlets? Thick, perfectly cooked always juicy never dried out. The breading that they use is also very light and flavorful. I swear to God, I need to invest in stock in this company as often as I’m there! Highly highly recommend. Oh and the last thing I’ll say is the staff is always friendly, always smiling there’s a cashier that is there a few times a week - he is young and has glasses - ALWAYS (and yes, I mean ) bubbling over with positive energy! Energetic and lively!! Sometimes I go in to get one thing (of course, ice cream) just so I can say hi to him (he is there on Thursdays for sure) he is so so positive, literally everyone loves getting on his line and when they leave - they are smiling!! He really makes your day!!I love him! Anyway, if you’ve not been to a Sprouts, especially this one in Ballantyne I promise it’s worth it. It is a small store but never had a problem and it is around the corner for me so the only store I go to now. The selection is great but the people? It’s kind of like Cheers where everybody knows your name - definitely a place you want to visit on a regular basis. Would love to hear from others!

Sprouts has become my favorite grocery stores. The produce is fresh and organic. They have lot options for plant based and gluten free. The sprouts brand are good quality and reasonably priced. Their health section has a nice variety of natural, homeopathic options. They have sales regularly to help with great savings!

Like shopping here because I'm able to find a lot of gluten free options for my daughter. Hate that gluten free items are so expensive but here is where I found the most options.
