Sprouts Farmers Market

I love their selection of gluten-free food and their produce section is always amazing

Still my favorite place to shop. I have gluten and dairy allergies so this is always a nice place to get a great selection of allergy free items along with plenty of organic options as well. Sprouts is my go to for dairy free yogurt, gluten free bread and breakfast items along with organic fruits and veggies. If you haven't tried their fresh fish and meat, I highly recommend it. I tried there fish about 3 yrs ago and now it's the only place I buy fresh fish from in Folsom. The selection is wonderful with tuna and salmon almost always in stock, along with the occasional sword fish, halibut and shark. They regularly have baramundi fish that is excellent. Best of all, is that the customer service is excellent throughout the entire store and wait lines at the checkout stand are typically short and fast to check out.
