If you have special dietary needs like gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, Sprouts has great options for you. Their produce is always fresh and well stocked. Prices are a little higher than stores like Ralphs but that's to be expected for higher quality. I think of Sprouts as supplemental to my main grocery store.
