server was knowledgeable about gluten free options, shared most can be modified to be gluten free and they will cook it in a separate skillet instead of on the griddle :) great patio experience!

I have been thrilled to have Standish Cafe was walking distance from our Air BnB! I've had the same thing everyday, the Southside Standard, which is super customizable to your liking. The servers are all friendly, the food is reliably great quality, and I have felt safe when needing gluten free accomodations.

Strong, delicious coffee right out of the pot. Had gluten free pancakes with blueberries and pecans, 2 eggs cooked perfectly, and a side of thick cut bacon. Unpretentious and delicious food! The staff are super friendly and knew just when to come check in on me. There were a lot of regulars who came in while I was there, they were greeted by name and treated like family. And for a single diner, they have a bright eating bar facing the window so you can people watch while you eat. I really can’t say enough about this place. I took a detour on my way to the airport to go here and I’m so glad! I would eat here often if I lived nearby.
