The fish and chips here are excellent… and all gluten free.
by excellent I mean I’ve lived in Australia over 20 years, had fish and chips around the country, and this is in the top 3, maybe the best.
The salt and pepper squid just has the perfect salt pepper mix, the scallops are perfect crunchy outside tender inside, flake has a thicker “more British” batter, just ace.
We’ve changed our Tasmanian itinerary to ensure we come by Stanley again on our route back
