In this household, we rate food based on how many times I “happy dance” during the meal. At Steamboys, I was dancing on the first bite and could’ve kept dancing the whole time if I wasn’t so busy savoring every bite. It was incredible.
Top three faves:
-seared pork bao
-gia bao crispy chicken
-beef noodle soup
Reason to come: affordable and authentic cuisine (especially the seared bao).
Only critique: not many gluten friendly options.
