Samia was our server. She is awesome! I am celiac and she is very knowledgeable about what is and isn’t gluten free. She even knew that soy sauce is not gluten free. Not many servers know that. She is one of the best servers I’ve experienced at any restaurant. Oh and the orange salmon is delicious. The menu states that it is gluten free which it is but it also includes rice. Samia is the one that informed me that the rice is not gluten free. Side note - rice should be taken off the menu as a side for the orange salmon. Just saying. 😊
