We waited about 30 minutes to be seated. Which was a bit of a bummer because it looked like their were open tables. On the upside Jonah was so helpful with list of food allergy questions. He checked with the chef to see which dishes would work for my gluten sensitivity.

Misleading gluten-free food options. The menu states the beef stir fry can be made gluten free, however apparently that can only be done if you change the noodles and remove the beef… You end up just having noodles with onion. The food was good otherwise, but wouldn’t have come if we knew this.

Amazing food and amazing staff. The server was running behind and the kitchen staffed pitched in to help take orders and get water for everyone. Huge team spirit and kind staff. The bao is fresh and soft and well cooked and the pork is perfectly cooked, seasoned and soft. Highly recommend the shrimp dumplings - steamed and seasoned to perfection and gluten free. Visiting from AZ but will Make the drive for this dim sum again.
