Stone Summit Steak & Seafood

We decided to try out Stone Summit Steak & Seafood on a Sunday, and it turned out to be a pretty calm and relaxing place. Since there weren't many tables, the service was great. Here's a breakdown of what we ordered: ((Appetizers)) - Summit Caesar: Crisp romaine lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese tossed in creamy Caesar dressing. It's gluten-free, but they could improve the portion size. - Potato Wedges: A gluten-free friendly dish with shredded Jack and Cheddar cheese melted over potato wedges, topped with applewood smoked bacon and green onions, served with house-made ranch dressing and sour cream. Delicious and satisfying. - Shrimp Tacos: The dish looked great, but the taste wasn't quite up to par. ((Main Course)) - NY Strip (Well Done) with Baked Potato and Vegetables: Cooked perfectly well done. - NY Strip (Medium) with Fries and Brussels Sprouts (made with bacon and balsamic glaze): Surprisingly, it was cooked medium just as I asked, so that's a bonus. Overall, the prices were reasonable. I would recommend this place for family gatherings or a date spot.
