This intimate, modern spot offers a cozy six-seat area with bar-style window seating, creating a snug atmosphere. Despite the intense aroma of grilled meat and smoke, it provides a gluten-free bread option praised as the best, making it a standout choice for gluten-sensitive diners.

I find it insulting that they charge +€2.50 for gluten-free bread. Celiac disease is not a choice. Otherwise the quality is very good.

Let's start with the main thing: the burgers are very good. Simple, without unnecessary extras and quite tasty. The meat is of good quality and is properly caramelized. The bread is also good and the extras do not overpower the main thing: cheese, onion, pickles, ketchup and mustard. You can choose another sauce, such as BBQ Smoky or Mayo Siracha and add meat, cheese or swap the bread for a gluten-free one. That's it. The sides are French fries, regular or sweet. And for drinks we have soft drinks, water or bottled beer. Again, simple. The customer area is a cubicle. It has 6 seats: 2 facing the wall and 4 at a window that serves as a counter (2 inside and 2 outside, on a sidewalk that is not very wide). The kitchen extractor seems to be weak and leaves in the space - and on the sidewalk - an intense smell of grilled meat and some smoke. Getting to the cashier to place an order is not the easiest or most pleasant thing, especially at busy times. There is no effort on the part of the restaurant - not even any signage - to try to limit the use of the benches to those who have already ordered, which only puts more people in an already small space. As they sell a lot of take-out, the waiting time can be long, even when several burgers are being grilled at the same time. The service is not very friendly. On the one hand, it is easy to understand: it is not pleasant to spend the day dealing with practically the same orders while being inundated with smoke and the smell of grilled meat. But the feeling you get is that they are doing us a favour. It is a place worth visiting, but I suggest you do so outside of the busiest hours.
