Su Meriacru is located on the road that leads to Berchida beach and is easily recognizable by the signs outside the restaurant and the ample parking available. We had dinner on August 11th this year for the first time. As soon as you arrive at the restaurant you immediately breathe the air of Sardinia, of tradition, the location is fantastic. We opted for the traditional menu and were pleasantly surprised. The courses are quite generous for a tasting menu but they certainly allow you to savor the true Sardinian flavors at their best. All the dishes are delicious, not to mention the typical "porceddu", cooked to perfection. I must also give great appreciation for the attention to intolerances. When ordering we pointed out that my partner is gluten intolerant and we were served special dishes including carasau bread and gluten-free breadsticks. The service from the friendly and helpful staff was excellent, as was the total bill of less than 100 euros, including drinks. I would say excellent value for money.
