Summit Pizza - Independence

Saw this establishment out of happenstance and decided to stop in to give them a try. They did not disappoint. They have an awesome selection of gluten free pizzas, bread sticks, and deserts. Along with a variety of many regular and innovative menu items. The buffet and salad bar were also amazing. The thin crust pizzas were a little overdone on top for my preference, but still tasted awesome. I was also impressed by them adding requested pizzas to the buffet.The service was top tier and staff very friendly and pleasant. Ambience and atmosphere were also very comfortable. I highly recommend

We came because my husband can't eat gluten and he got excited about all of the gluten-free options. He was not disappointed! The food tasted great! I had the lunch buffet. It's $12.50 a person, with less variety than you'd find at a cheaper buffet-only kind of place. But it was quality pizza.

Excellent service. Pizza was fresh and restocked quickly. Lots of choices. Gluten free and veggie crust. Nice salad bar. All fresh topping for your salad. Way more offerings than some salad bars. Parking can be limited at busy hours.
