Best bakery in the Roaring Fork Valley. Sarah made our wedding cake and is now the only person worthy of making cakes for special occasions (sorry mom and grandma). Her butter pecan cookies…well, we’re delusional if we walk out of there thinking we have enough of them. However many you have, get more. She also makes amazing sourdough bread, challah, and sweetbreads. Her chocolates are so phenomenal - get the salted caramel and tell me you disagree. We just tried her gluten free lemon curd cookies and I wouldn’t have known they were gluten free at all. Okay last thing - coconut cream pie. This pie is so good, so light, fluffy, perfect texture, perfect balance of everything and not so sweet that’s all you taste, if you aren’t a pie person it’s because you haven’t had Sarah’s pies.
