we were in Pesaro for the Garden of the
colors and I had been following the page of the Surin restaurant for some time... I couldn't wait to try it... simply a top restaurant... delicious dishes... excellent service... attentive to any request (one diner was celiac and was He was also very satisfied).....we will return as soon as possible.....

Intriguing location, original and different from the ordinary dishes, welcoming and helpful staff and, despite not being a gluten free restaurant, they had an eye for a celiac guest, avoiding contamination and offering suitable dishes. Gastronomic experience to be repeated.
