Sushi Shine(All you can eat OPEN all Holidays)

So first local “all you can eat” lunch time sushi. This means if you don’t finish your sushi there’s a charge for what is left over if you want to take it with you. The charge is not bad at all. The menus are dry erase. Unique - cool. There is a separate dinner menu. Atmosphere was beautifully redone. Definitely would not be able to tell it was an old Panera bread. Menus have a good variety. Typical sushi items. Sushi was a little bit bland. Had a variety of fish rolls and veggie rolls. They will accommodate gluten free. Rolls were very fresh. Coconut shrimp got rave reviews. Miso soup was robust with lots of pieces in it. All the fun kid sodas. Nice green tea. Dessert menu was very American fare. Looking forward to trying the dinner menu.
