By far my favorite all you can wat sushi place in the City! Lots of options.
I have celiac and they provided me with separate GF soy sauce and were very transparent about what I could and could not eat.

This was my first experience with All You Can Eat sushi and I was not disappointed!
You can order apps, nigiri, soups and salads, rolls and dessert as part of the AYCE. When I went, the price for adult dinner was $27.99.
The octopus nigiri and the Mexican roll were my favorites.
And who doesn't love a good Mochi ending!
Staff were all in masks and I felt safe dining inside with how spaced out the tables were.
Definitely recommend - everything was fresh!
They have gluten-free soy sauce and can make certain rolls GF for you.
