Celebrated post-family wedding ceremony with their private Omakase experience. One of the best omakases I’ve ever had — every bite was high quality, well curated and extremely intentional with thorough explanations of the fish, flavors, sourcing, preparation and unique facts. Above and beyond service, accommodated gluten-free needs expertly without sacrificing on experience. I will never return to the Big Island without a stop planned here again, truly amazing team, chef and special experience.
