My husband and I have been to the Sweet Basil in Waltham on numerous occasions which is why I'm able to recommend all of the food that is posted. We went for the first time to the Sweet Basil in Needham and we were equally as plesed. For starters, we had the Pesto with Fresh Bread, and the Garden Vegtable Risotto. . For our entrees, I had Salmon on Cold Orzo Salad with Asparagus and my husband chose the Gluten Free Shrimp Sscampi. This dishes are the creation and expertise of Dave,the owner, and the adjective AMAZING sums up the excellence of every dish and beverage served there. I highly recommend this restaurant. In fact, I'm taking the book ,"Sweet Basil," written by the owner. Dave Becker, shares all of these delicious and savory recipes on my vacation where I'll be cooking for my on family. Cheers and thanks to Sweet Basil., because you have added joy and comfort to our lives with such fresh, remarkable food. SALUD
