Sweet Chili Asian Bistro

Having visited tons of countries all over the world, I can quite easily say this is one of the best Asian fusion restaurants I have ever been to! Not only is the food incredible, but the service is top-notch as well. When we visited, we ordered the jumbo shrimp and it had a sauce so exceptional, I would die to have the recipe. We also got an alligator main dish, which, being from Florida, I had slights doubts at how good it would be. Surprisingly enough, it was better than anything I had at home! And these were just daily specials on a random weekday - not even regular menu items! I can’t even begin to imagine how wonderful the other items on the menu are. Sage was an exceptional waitress and kept us engaged, making the experience very enjoyable. Definitely one of the best waiters/waitresses I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. That is not something a normal restaurant does, and it was such an amazing gesture. I’ll definitely be recommending this restaurant to anyone who visits Bozeman! 😄
