If you are celiac do not get excited about the menu here like we did. Yes, potatoes and sweet potatoes are gluten free but once you put them in a contaminated fryer they are no longer gf. We ordered off the gluten free menu due to my significant other being a celiac. We made sure that the waitress knew and even in the end asked for it to be marked allergy alert. When food came out shrimp was placed on the bread. So the allergy alert was completely ignored or was not input into the system. Either way a different server who brought the plate out took it to the back, came back not even 5 minutes later with shrimp not on the bread. Cross contamination is a real big deal and if offering gluten free menu options they should understand the importance of why this option is given and why customers ask for it to be marked as an allergy alert.

I visited Big Sky for the first time a the end of March and ate here with my sister and 2 friends. We started our night in the bar section, which was an incredible vibe - live music and an all around great time. The singer Amanda was so so sweet (+ talented) and gave us great tips for our time in Big Sky.
Our dining experience was hands down the best I ever had in my life. Our server Joel was elite. Not only did he cater to every dietary restriction (nuts for me and celiac for my friend), but he had us laughing non-stop. He looked adorable in his cowboy outfit and his personality matched.
The food was delicious. Everything all four of us ate was divine. I am super picky and difficult to please, but Joel made sure we were 1000% satisfied with everything we ate. His attention to detail was unmatched. The service we received was incomparable to anywhere I have ever eaten dinner.
As someone with a severe nut allergy, I can confidently say he went above and beyond. Do not skip out on visiting this restaurant on your trip to Big Sky. It was our first trip out and definitely not our last.
PS - If you're lucky, you'll have a celebrity sighting like we did!

It was so good you will have to excuse our half eaten plates in the photo I should have taken one when it first came out but it was too good. We had 4 dishes and every single one of them was executed perfectly. The gluten free options don’t leave you hanging either! They make a gluten free crostini that came with the mussels and it is divine! It’s kind of euro style the dishes come out as the chef prepares them, so sharing is the way to go. We were so well taken care of. The staff is lovely. It’s a beautiful spot. We are so fortunate to have this out here in the Canyon, thank you.
