Sweetwood Bakery

Saturday mornings at Sweetwoods Bakery is a highlight of my week. My husband and I meet up with a Wisconsin couple visiting Tarpon Springs for two months. (We too are Snowbirds). While three of us are bonkers over the fresh cinnamon rolls, the fourth, out of necessity, indulges in a slice of gluten free cake 🍰 with his coffee. Gluten free chocolate chip cookies were also an option today. The bakery itself is SO SWEET, QUIET and HAPPY. Everyone has a smile on their face. I must mention the Staff. Every one of them is WELCOMING, SMILING AND A DELIGHT TO INTERACT WITH.

I stopped in and was delighted that they had 2 gluten free items to choose from: a chocolate cake slice or a chocolate chip cookie. I bought both and they were DELICIOUS! Thank you for your inclusive bakery. You'd never guess they were GF if you didnt know. The cookie by the way has a ton of chocolate chips in it so it was great!
