I started with a Cranberry Almond salad, and I'd definitely do that again. Plenty of gorgonzola and dried cranberries, and just the right amount of great balsamic dressing. My wife had the Caesar and was very happy with the dressing on it - both the flavor and the amount of it. We both got gluten-free pizzas, which were the Detroit deep dish style. She ordered the Spicy Italian and I got the Bianco. I was not able to tell that the crust was gluten-free, and both pizzas were excellent. We also brought home a large cheese Detroit style for the family. This is one of the best gluten-free pizzas I've had, and I look forward to my next visit.
