Taco Heart

the staff are incompent and deceitful. they are rude on the phone. we ordered at the kiosk. it took over 45 mins for the food. we informed the staff about a severe celiac allergy and they got the order wrong. now we don't know if the food is safe to eat. Will not be coming back here. there are much better tacos within a few blocks radius. I wish them the worst.

They have gluten free and vegan options. This place was recommended. I got the short ribs tacos and my roommate got the fish tacos. Being part Mexican and growing up with rice and beans this was kind of disappointing with how much hype it got. The rice and beans were missing flavor. The short rib was juicy and tender but was also missing flavor. My roommate felt the same about the rice and beans but said her fish tacos were good. I gave it a 3 since her fish tacos were good. We both had drinks that were really good. I had Agua de Jamaica and she had Limeade cucumber. Delicious. I thought it was kind of pricey for what I ordered. Came to $27. For the price it wasn't that good.
