Taj’s food is INCREDIBLE! I LOVE spicy food, and they both delivered in flavor and in HEAT! 11/10 on a heat scale and it. Was. Perfect.
Meanwhile, my partner had their lamb curry (at a reasonable/normal spiciness level) and not only was the depth of flavor rich and compelling, but the lamb itself was tender and full of flavor. I’m so excited this gem is in Knoxville!
Extra bonus: My partner is also gluten free and they were very accommodating. Every entree item is gluten free, and several appetizers were as well, we just had to ask! Partner is feeling great afterwards, so we are absolutely delighted.
The service was also exceptional; everyone was authentically friendly and kind. This will be absolutely one of our favorite restaurants going forward. I’m so excited to try everything ELSE they have to offer after today too!
