You have to get a seat by phone beforehand, as it fills up. They treated us very well and the food was delicious. We ended up very full. They are prepared for celiacs and many clients went for this.

Excellent restaurant to try traditional Canarian food and on top of that, with almost 100% of the menu suitable for celiacs. We ordered wrinkled potatoes, which were extremely salty for our taste... we had a hard time finishing them. Then, 4 seasons grilled cheese (very good) and a dish of shredded goat that we thought was spectacular. For dessert, banana mousse (very delicious but very heavy) and an excellent barraquito coffee. The service was friendly and since they forgot to bring me the gluten-free bread I ordered, they treated us to coffee. 100% recommended, except for the potatoes.

Three of us went to eat, the service was quite good. Otherwise I was left with a bad taste in my mouth. I expected to be a Guachinche something else, really. First I wanted to order a grilled cheese with tuno sauce, I think it was, and he recommended the 4 seasons, I told him again that I wanted the tuno and he told me again that the 4 seasons. (Prickly pear is my favorite fruit, I didn't try it, since it brought the 4 seasons). The second disappointment is that it is more about the beautiful presentation of the dishes than the food in them (we were left hungry). And third, when ordering the gluten-free dessert, it comes with a cookie that has wheat so a person with celiac disease could not eat the dessert. You have to be careful with these types of details. But when there are people with celiac disease (they are warned in advance).
