Tamarind makes delicious vegan Vietnamese dishes like pho and vermicelli. They make their tofu in house daily and their food is delicious! I highly recommend their pad Thai. Today, they were giving out free lunch boxes that consisted of papaya salad, fried rice, salt and pepper tofu, bean curd and eggplant, along with a pumpkin tofu soup. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend! They also can accomodate gluten free options as well 🙂.

The most Amazing Vegan, plant based, gluten-free Pho we have ever had! So delicious and fresh tasting vegetables, even the noodles 🍜 were better than other noodles in other soup shops 😋 We can't wait to return 😃
