Every day a different dish. They teach you personally by taking the board on an easel. A very artistic ritual.
Quality food where the product is treated with care, and the experience for the public as well. The staff is wonderful.

The day we went to dinner we ate almogrote, eggplant soufflé, swordfish on a bed of papaya and yogurt mouse.

It is a spectacular place. The views and the atmosphere invite you to relax. The service attention is wonderful. Delicious dishes, ingenious combinations and finger-licking good. When I come to La Palma it is an essential stop.
