Taste Crème

Katrina at Taste Crème is the absolute best! She made our wedding cake for our October 11th wedding at Stone House on Staten Island. We weren’t sure exactly what we wanted at first, but she worked with us to refine our ideas and helped create the most beautiful autumn-inspired cake — it was even better than we imagined! We got to taste four individual small cakes during the tasting, and we ended up going with the pandan strawberry — such a perfect, flavorful choice that everyone loved! She also asked us about anyone with dietary restrictions and was able to make a separate gluten free cake for the small amount of guests who were gluten-free. frankly, I'm convinced taste crème is the best cakery in new york first of all, I'd sent them a hastily-drawn sketch of a cake-like object, and then a few days later I picked up this immaculate work of art — they absolutely nailed it and (probably) more importantly, good lord was that cake delicious — I've never seen a birthday cake be inhaled so quickly before, if at all of course every time people asked me where it was from, I also made sure to make a big fuss about how it was gluten-free because I am so unbelievably impressed lemon blueberry earl grey
