Taste & Seek

Friends recommended this bakery to me on my road trip from Texas to the source of the Mississippi River. Located in a peaceful river town we were quite pleased. So clean and neat. All of the handmade pastries were beautifully displayed. So many tempting treats. Recently having to cut out sugar I was absolutely amazed at how scrumptious my no sugar added keto cake was. My husband enjoyed his two full sugar cookies too. We also bought gluten free bagels for our evening piknik and we never imagined we would like gluten free breads but these were excellent. The owners are incredible. If you are passing through this is well worth the visit.

I love everything about this place! The service was great and the gluten free cookies were the best I’ve ever had. They had fun gifts in a fun environment. Great little shop! I will definitely be back!

At White Oak Painting, we really enjoy blessing our customers with tasty treats, and after experiencing Taste and Seek, they’ve become our go-to treat provider 🤩🍪. As soon as you step into this shop, you can immediately feel a tangible sense of peace and joy. That’s not by accident. The Marino twins have poured their hearts into this place by caring for absolutely every aspect of the customer experience. And their desire is that every part of that experience would make people feel the love of God. If you love delicious treats (gluten free and regular) and if you just want a joyful boost to your day, stop in to Taste and Seek on Jefferson St in downtown Burlington. Thanks for everything girls!! 🙏
