Tavern Grille

Our server Cali was great. Wonderful customer service. It was a little busy on a Saturday night. We came in for a bite to eat while visiting for the weekend. The ranch dip was super watery and not very good. My daughter didn't care for the kids mac n cheese. It was described to be close to the box brand and it was far from that. The rueben sandwich was covered in parsley and was overkill. The avocado on my BLTA was bad and made the sandwich inedible. The stuffed quesadilla was basic and again covered in parsley. My mother enjoyed the gluten free bun and coleslaw.

Stopped in this afternoon to have a drink and appetizer we were excited that you offered a gluten free menu. Unfortunately we were extremely disappointed in the service. Mary and Isabel were working the bar where we sat and Mary didn’t seem interested at all in serving us. Then when we went to order off the gluten free menu they were quick to say we don’t offer that. Seemed dismissive and rude. When I asked why it was on the menu Isabel took the menu and walked away. I appreciate good customer service, these ladies showed us none. We will not return, which is sad since it’s attached to our hotel.
