This is the only chain where my friend with a gluten allergy has never (knock on wood) had an issue with cross-contamination. No matter which location we have gone to, the food is always good and the staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

Generous 4 stars... Came on vacation for a family wedding after a long day of travel. Was with my wife and 3 young daughters. Had to flag someone down just to get a server after sitting for ten mins (was not busy). Server was friendly and courteous, but very slow. Another 17 minutes just to get water and two drinks (a beer and a sangria). Ordered as soon as we could. Most of the food came out timely, but the server has either forgotten to put an entre in or it was missed as it took 50 minutes to come out. Food was hit or miss. Pros: outstanding dietary allergy menu, several gluten free options. Cons: some food was not good at all (gluten free pasta, gluten free general tsao's chicken was overly fried and lacking sauce). Vibe and atmosphere was fantastic and would like to give this place another try.
